Evan B. Handel, Esq. has been practicing law in New York since 2001. Christina Tomaselli, Esq. has been admitted to the NY Bar since 2011. Her primary areas of practice are financial restructurings and the representation of creditors in foreclosure actions. Some time after moving to the Hudson Valley she turned her attention to Human Resources and worked in the ski industry as an HR Generalist specializing in recruitment and development for three years.

Lewis D. Wrobel, Esq. has been practicing law for 41 years. His concentration is the law of Bankruptcy and Creditors Rights in Bankruptcy. He has represented debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 13 and Chapter 11 cases. He has represented debtors and creditors in adversary proceedings. He served as a Chapter 7 Trustee for the period 1978-1987. With the firm of Handel & Carlini, LLP, Mr. Wrobel represents creditors.
